Auction House
Coins are the d2db currency. Earn them through referrals, linking your Battle.net account, and trading. Use coins to buy items, bid on listings, or purchase shop items like name colors and icons.
Click Post Listing to offer or request items. Choose your item, set a buyout price and/or starting bid, select your currency (coins, runes, or both), and set the duration. You can also post service listings like rushes or leveling.
Place bids on active listings. Each bid must be at least 10% higher than the current bid. Coins are held while your bid is active — if outbid, you get a full refund. If your bid meets the buyout price, the item is purchased instantly.
When a bid is accepted or buyout purchased, coins are held in escrow. Both buyer and seller have 24 hours to meet in-game and complete the trade. Once both confirm, coins are released to the seller. If there's a problem, either party can open a dispute for moderator review.
Use the built-in messaging system to coordinate trades. During an active trade, both parties can see each other's BattleTag for in-game contact. Comments and offers on listings are also available.
If a trade goes wrong, either party can open a dispute. Moderators review the evidence and can complete the trade (release coins to seller) or cancel it (refund coins to buyer). Coin locking may be applied during investigation.
