Nihlathak's Temple
Nihlathak's Temple complex (Halls of Anguish, Pain, and Vaught) leads to Nihlathak himself on the final level. He drops the Key of Destruction needed for the Uber Tristram fight and has a high Treasure Class. Pindleskin, a popular farming target, guards the temple entrance.
Why Farm Here
Nihlathak is the sole source of the Key of Destruction for Pandemonium events. He also has access to the highest Treasure Class, meaning he can drop almost any item. Pindleskin at the entrance is a separate farming target with his own elite drops — reachable via Anya's portal in seconds.
Farming Tips
- Nihlathak casts Corpse Explosion, which can instantly kill characters standing near corpses. Clear the area around him carefully or use summons to absorb the damage.
- Every immunity type is present across the Halls. Bring versatile damage.
- Pindleskin is directly through Anya's red portal in Act 5 Harrogath — one of the fastest boss farms in the game.
- Key of Destruction drops at roughly 1 in 10 on players 1 in Hell.
