Use Frozen Orb as your primary skill — it requires minimal synergy investment and handles most content. Switch to Meteor for cold immune targets, pre-casting it on monster paths since the delay requires prediction. Fire Ball is your fast filler while waiting for Meteor cooldown. The dual-element coverage means you can farm nearly everywhere without Infinity, making this the best budget endgame Sorceress build.
The Oculus or Heart of the Oak for +Skills benefiting both elements. Spirit Monarch for FCR and skills. Skin of the Vipermagi as budget armor, Enigma for endgame. Stack FCR to 105% for smooth Teleporting. Insight mercenary for mana sustain. Infinity is optional but not required.
Strength for gear. Everything else into Vitality.
