Transform into Werewolf or Werebear and attack with fire-enhanced melee strikes. Fire Claws converts a portion of damage to fire, bypassing physical immunities. Werebear form adds substantial life for survivability while Werewolf adds attack speed. Pair with Fissure or Volcano for ranged fire damage when enemies are at distance. Armageddon provides passive fire damage around you.
Aldur's set provides a solid foundation with fire damage and resistances. Alternatively, Grief for raw weapon damage with Fire Claws adding fire on top. Jalal's Mane for the helm. Enigma or Fortitude for the armor slot depending on whether you need mobility or damage.
Strength for gear. Everything else into Vitality.
Act 2 Offensive (Might) with Insight. Lower Resist wand for fire immunes.
