Shift to Werewolf, bite one enemy with Rabies, then move on — the poison spreads from the infected target to everything nearby. One bite can poison an entire screen of monsters. Use Fury as a physical backup for poison immune targets. The spreading mechanic makes this build uniquely efficient in dense areas where monsters cluster together. Open Wounds from gear prevents regeneration on tough targets.
Bramble runeword provides +25-50% Poison Skill Damage, massively boosting Rabies damage. Plague runeword in a claw or sword provides Lower Resist to break poison immunities. Jalal's Mane for the helm. Trang-Oul's Claws add poison damage. Gore Rider for physical backup with Fury.
Strength for gear. Everything else into Vitality.
Act 2 Offensive (Might) for physical backup. Lower Resist wand helps against poison immunes.
